ASKOF / Sweet Little Mystery

Tenonsaw release their new double A-side single “ASKOF / Sweet Little Mystery” on Monday February 27th 2012.  The single will be available for free download from www.musicbytenonsaw.com, where you can also order a CD version.

“ASKOF” is the second single to be taken from “Beginnings”, Tenonsaw’s debut collection of demos, and reflects the more electronic and upbeat side of their music.  Produced by Kevin J Power of Versives the song is a series of personal, political and religious statements designed to challenge and provoke thought.  The video is here!

“Sweet Little Mystery” is a cover of John Martyn’s classic song of heartbreak and love.  Martyn has been an inspiration for Tenonsaw since they formed, his willingness to experiment with different forms reflecting their own willingness to combine different ideas.  The video (a day of recording the song in their home studio) is here!

Tenonsaw will be launching the single with a gig in The Roundy on Sunday February 26th, with support from Torcán.  The admission price is €4, which includes a copy of the CD single.

You can get further information on the single, the gig, and much more, by following Tenonsaw on Facebook.
